Events

Throughout the year St. Mary of Providence Center hosts special events that are open to the local community, such as our Strawberry Festival and Christmas activities at the Mansion.

The Mansion, our Cafe, our multi-purpose room and our grounds are also available to host group events, wedding receptions, family celebrations, and other special occasions. Full-service catering is available. Limited overnight accomdations are available for large group functions. Contact us at privateevents@stmaryprov.org if you are interested in hosting a private event for your group or family!

Christmas Events, December 13 & 14 2025

This year our decorating theme is Christmas Around the World! We are excited to again have a group of local artists and decorators transforming rooms into rooms that represent the Christmas traditions of their selected countries! We will have Mansion Tours on December 13th in the afternoon, a Christmas Celebration for friends and supporters that evening, and on Sunday Santa will be stopping by to have cookies with the kids!

Kairos High School Retreat, February 5-8, 2026

Kairos is a unique retreat experience for any high school student in our local area. At Kairos, students get away from the world around them to focus on deepening their relationship with God and engaging in deep spiritual conversations about the individuals they want to become. Many students claim the retreat is the most impactful experience of their life!

Strawberry Festival and Mansion Tours, June 7th, 2025

Thank you to the vendors, musicians, volunteers and attendees who joined us for our Annual Strawberry Festival on June 7th. Although the weather was terrific, we had a great turn-out and the overall event was a great success. It was wonderful to see so many members of the community come out to enjoy the day with us! Potts Mansion 5K – April 12th, 2025

We held our first annual Potts Mansion 5K on Saturday, April 12th. While the morning was a little wet and chilly, we were excited by the turn-out and support this first-year event had. Many thanks to the runners and volunteers for helping to make this year’s event a success! See you next year! .
