General Waiver for Adults
We require that all guests sign a General Waiver of Liability prior to your visit. You will be signing it digitally. Please fill out the form to get started. In the Next Step we will pre-fill the document on a new page and present it for your signature.
We will send you a copy of the document after you have completed and signed the document. You can also print or download the document after you have signed it.
If your group leader is coordinating the collection of the Waivers, please don't forget to print a copy for them!
